R.I.P. Remix (October 24, 2005 - May 22, 2008)

The picture says it all...This morning we taped the final episode of "Reality Remix." :-(

While it was a sad day, the show had a great 2 1/2 year run with close to 900 episodes.

The special one-hour finale airs beginning tomorrow (Thursday) and throughout the weekend and features coverage of the "American Idol" finale (Go, David Cook!!), a preview of Fox Reality Channel's new season of "The Academy," and appearances by the "Remix" team. There will be plenty of opportunities to catch the show over the next few days. Here they are...

Sometimes a Fantasia

Quickie...Did you all see Fantasia's performance from "Idol" last night? I get exhausted just thinking about it. It was a hot mess...in SUCH a good way. I need to get me some backup dancers and singers in leotards behind me next time I do a tribute to a dead pet...oh, and maybe I'll get some red hair dye too...ok, maybe not...but wow...

It's a circus...

The season premiere of "American Glaidators" last night was enough to be happy about Monday night, but then THIS promo aired in the show's second hour...


Amazing...That 30-second commercial just earned "Celebrity Circus" a season pass on my DVR this summer. My friends and I were in tears after seeing this...Thank you, Christopher Knight! And I hope your arm's better now!

One Fish, Two Souls, Three Years, Dead Fish

A big thank you to everybody who sent their condolences to me yesterday and to those of you who attended the live memorial service online (in spite of the technical hiccups).

Requiem for a Fishy

My fish, Otter...is dead.

He was swimming along fine last night when I went to bed, but when I went over to feed him before I left for work, he was just laying there, still...flat...nudged him, but there was no response. Boo. :-(

Fare thee well, Otter...it was a great three years together...
