Worst Buy: The Next Generation (Part 4)

Wow...I think I should just copy and paste my previous blogs...

Called Best Buy again to get an update. None of the previous supervisors I had spoken with were there. OF COURSE...

They didn't have any info on the parts that were ordered. OF COURSE...

I asked if they can just simply let me replace the TV and they said no, it doesn't qualify though people there are researching my case. OF COURSE...

I spoke with a new supervisor (Robert) who was of NO help at all. OF COURSE...

I said, give me alternatives...Robert said he couldn't until Monday. OF COURSE...

Best Buy, you can kiss my skinny Filipino ass...you've lost a very loyal customer. It was nice knowing you guys. It was nice being able to buy my CDs, DVDs, video games, and other electronics equipment all in one place for a somewhat decent prices.

Oh, and let's just add Robert's extension to the list here...

Robert (ext. 6218)

The war continues...In the meantime...gonna check things out over at Circuit City.

    Hi Mandel,

That's EXACTLY what happened to me when I tried calling Best Buy's customer service o-O! All the people I had previously talked to were 'in a meeting' about 'moving the offices.'

Afterward, I tried marching down to my local Best Buy, where I brought my VCR in for repair, and DEMANDED to speak with the manager. The manager stonewalled me XP, so I went back to bugging Best Buy's customer service line. I FINALLY got a sympathetic receptionist who sent me the vouchers, but that was only by sheer luck (and after 3 months of trying)!
