Well red

A quick post to cap off the weekend...

Went down to Anaheim with a bunch of friends yesterday for the annual "red-shirt" day at Disneyland. Despite the a few E-Ticket rides being closed down and Tomorrowland looking more like a Construction-site-land, the crowds weren't too bad this year. As has been tradition with red-shirt days, we checked out the Haunted Mansion Holiday. And this year, we had a dozen in our bunch...a record I think for our group. At one point, we took up one whole car at the Indiana Jones attraction. Hee...An added bonus this year was that we had some Disneyland virgins in our bunch. It's too bad the Matterhorn and Space Mountain weren't open for them to see...The biggest bonus of them all, though...I got to spend red-shirt day with Doug! :-)

Amongst the red sea this year was Reichen Lemkuhl, one-half of last year's winning team on The Amazing Race. We also bumped into Vince Rimoldi, one of the cast members of "Camp." Also in the park was Michael Phelps who was there with the "Swim with the Stars" tour. But alas, we didn't bump into him. D'oh!

Took several pics of the fun this weekend...the photo album should be up by next weekend...

Added another new fall show to the season pass list..."Desperate Housewives." By far, my favorite new show of the fall season.

Attempted to do a little shopping with Doug at the Camarillo Outlet today, but alas, there was nothing to be found that piqued our interests. I still need to get a couple of new outfits...grr...Beverly Center here I come...

OH! Totally forgot...Whilst at the Avalon last week for the Scissor Sisters concert, we spotted Farrah Fawcett and Danny Pintauro amongst the crowd. Danny I can understand, but Farrah?!? Whowouldathunk?
