W-I-N

Kicked off Thursday night by joining Ted and Larry at Marix in Weho to help our friend Jeremy celebrate his birthday. We had not one, but two possible celebrity sightings. We know for sure that David Boreanaz was there when we walked in. And as dinner wrapped up, we think we saw Vin Diesel. Now, I really didn't think too much of Vin Diesel before, but after seeing what could have been him in person, I now understand what all the fuss is... :-)

After dinner, I headed over to Drew's to hang out for a bit. Watched the "Will and Grace" which was better than I expected and then capped off the night with a game of Scrabble between Drew, a couple of his friends, and me. Thanks to some lucky tile draws on my part and some unlucky draws on Drew's part, I managed to eke out a win by a margin of just a few points. VICTORY IS MINE! Well, at least until the next Scrabble showdown comes along.
