In the clear...

Good day today...Had a meeting to discuss focus group notes about the "Whammy!" pilot. All very constructive comments and nothing too major will change ruleswise (thank goodness!) and a lot of the stuff addressed were issues we were going to address anyway. Production officially starts Monday and with the premiere less than two months away AND the first taping just weeks away, there is a quite a bit to do. But it can be done!

Had a double celeb-sighting today all in the matter of a half-hour period. During my lunch break, I went to Best Buy on Pico and Sawtelle and saw Wil Wheaton along with a friend there. I wasn't sure it was quite him until his I heard his friend mutter, "Wheaton, you're falling behind again!" And I must say, Wil is still a cutie. :-) Then, I head back to my work building and in the lobby I see none other than Kato Kaelin. Have no idea why he was there...there are several companies other than Fremantle that occupy the building in which I work. And I'll say that Kato Kaelin is still cute too. :-)

Checked out Gary and Steve on fortheboys.tv tonight. First time I've been able to watch the show in a week or son because of the pilot and whatnot. Another good show. Dropped my former pseudonym of "Gameboy" and called in using my real name tonight. Won myself some...uh...literature for identifying a quote form "Ruthless People." Gary and Steve are very funny guys and they seem very sweet too. The show kinda softens the blow of not having that Friday night date or gathering to go to. It actually made it worth staying in on a Friday night. And they play "Pyramid" on the show, so they get major points for that too. :-) This weekend, I probably will meet Gary in person at the store he works in to pick up my prizes. They even said that they'd like to have me drop by in person to the show one night. Not sure how serious they were, but if so...I might be online on their show some time soon!
