Knee-jerk

All right...I overreacted...Chris ("Bank Boy") called me this afternoon. Actually, he called while I was away so I got a voicemail message. However, there was a bit of bad news attached to the call. He had a family emergency and wasn't able to meet with me tonight. So, we've rescheduled for next week.

I have decided the from now on, I will refer to this big project I'm currently working on as "Project: Nipple." As to the project itself, it's still chugging along and it seems like each day bring more stuff to add to the "to do" list to make it happen!

Watched "The Chair" tonight...wasn't bad but it wasn't the next coming of Regis. Cool sound effects, cool set, cool graphics, and the concept is neat. My big beefs were two-fold. One, the pacing of the show is dreadfully slow. As somebody pointed out here in the office, they only went through 11 questions during the whole hour. The other was John McEnroe. He didn't do terribly, but good lord...get some intonation in that voice! He had some good moments with the contestants, but that voice...eeek....In any case, it seems like ABC and FOX have gotten decent numbers for their respective new games. I wonder if they'll hold up though in the weeks to come...
