Yep, that's the sound of me slowly getting back into the grind of things. I went back to work today for the first time since the Friday before Christmas. That was the holiday for everybody at the office. I was a bit nervous because when I arrived because the main office doors were closed! I went through a side entrance to find (much to my relief) people there. Then, I went to my own office and the door was locked! Fortunately, I was able to find somebody with a master key and thus began the slow day at work. There was stuff to be done, but not much, so not much that I left around 5-ish.

Tonight was quite nice...Ted cooked up a great pasta dinner for us with home-made meatballs and some garlic cheese rolls. EXCELLENT culinary as always from Chef Biaselli. Ah, how nice it is to have roommates that can cook! I actually should try to make the one dish I do know how to make...cornish hen with stuffing...but that's for another day...one when the roomies are brave enough to let me loose in the kitchen.
