All I want is some damn chicken!

Pretty busy day today at work...We're taping a pilot tomorrow night and had dress rehearsal tonight. The usual hiccups happened as people tried to figure out camera positions, stage cues, etc., but it looks like everything should fall in place by taping tomorrow evening.

Fired up a Marie Callender's frozen chicken dinner tonight and I have to say that the directions to heat it up are the most complicated directions ever. Here's how they read:

- Puncture FILM COVER and GRAVY POUCH 3 - 4 times with fork to vent.
- Set gravy pouch aside.
- Microwave on HIGH 2 minutes.
- Pull back film cover and remove chicken from plate.
- Replace film cover and microwave corn and potatoes on HIGH for 2 minutes.
- Pull back film cover, stir potatoes; and return chicken to plate; re-cover.
- Stand gravy pouch in microwave-safe bowl and place beside plate in microwave.
- Continue microwaving 3 to 4 minutes or until hot.
- Let stand for 2 minutes in microwave oven.
- CAREFULLY remove pouch, plate, and film cover as PRODUCT WILL BE HOT; serve with gravy.
- Receive your honorary degree from the Cordon Bleu school for figuring all of this out.

I made that last part up...Making Thanksgiving dinner is less complicated than this!
